CANCELLATION POLICY
Our preference is to rebook your stay for a future date. However, if you are unable to rebook below is our policy:

1) Notification must be sent via email @ texashillsrvhaven111@yahoo.com
2) 8 or more days prior to your stay you will only be charged a one night deposit.
3) 7 days or less prior to stay there will be NO REFUND and will be charged the full amount.
4) There are no refunds for early departures. We do not charge for sunshine, nor do we refund for inclement weather.

PARK POLICIES
TEXAS HILLS RV HAVEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS AND/OR PERSONAL PROPERTY!

CHECK-IN 3:00 pm/Early check in starts @ noon; RVs $15/Cabins $25 - must be approved by owners and paid in CASH. SPEED LIMT is 5mph, please observe it. Please DO NOT park on grass in median of park. DO NOT park inside areas that have split rail fence barriers.

CHECK OUT 12:00 PM/Late check out is at @ 3pm; RVs $15/Cabins $25 -must be approved by owners and paid in CASH

Assistance: If you need anything during your stay, please call our main office number (325) 379-1119.

In Case of Emergency: Address to provide to EMS is 111 Willow Shores Drive, Tow TX 78672.

Day Guest: Must have approval from owners $5 per person 10 and older - cash only. Please DO NOT have your guests park on grass in median of the park. DO NOT park inside areas that have split rail fence barriers.

Quiet Hours: 10:30 pm to 9:00 am. Don’t have to go to sleep, but turn things down.

Outside Music: Must be kept at a moderate volume so that your fellow-campers can enjoy their stay.

Pet Policy: When outside ALL PETS must be on a leash for the safety of all guests and the pets themselves. Poop MUST be picked up immediately. Pets are allowed in cabins per fee of $10 per pet / per night.

Smoking: NO CIGARETTE BUTTS left on the grounds or in fire rings/pits. PERIOD. Lakehouse and ALL cabins are NON-SMOKING.

NO RV "Winterizing" tank dumping

Campfires: Keep campfires in the designated fire rings. NO open fires. If Llano county is in a burn ban, there will be no fires permitted.

Tents: No Tent Camping Allowed. Exceptions are for a family’s children whose primary accommodations are the RV site or cabin being rented.

Swimming: Swim at your own risk – No lifeguard!!!!

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: Kayaks, Playground.

Playground: No unaccompanied children. DO NOT USE after dark!!!!

Kayaks: Life jackets are REQUIRED to be worn while on the water. Collect your personal items and trash when done using.

Cleaning Fish: DO NOT clean fish in cabins. ONLY dispose of fish in OUTSIDE garbage cans and PLEASE DOUBLE BAG.

Firearms: NO OPEN CARRY ALLOWED – no firearms, no airsoft guns, no BB guns, no paint ball guns.

ATVs: ATVs, off-road vehicles or dune buggies must remain on road. 5mph is the speed limit in the park!
